1. Voucher Value

   • The voucher is valued at €500 and can be used toward:

     • A wedding dress from the Urata Designs collection

     • A new custom-made wedding dress

     • A fully bespoke bridal gown

   • The voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.

2. Minimum Order Value

   • The voucher is valid for dresses with a minimum total value of €2,500.

3. Eligible Services

   • The voucher is valid only for:

     • Custom-made wedding dresses

     • Fully bespoke bridal gowns

     • Wedding dresses from the Urata Designs collection

   • The voucher is not valid for:

     • Alterations only

     • Sample dresses

     • Accessories (including veils, gloves, shoes, or jewellery)

4. Booking Requirements

   • To activate the voucher, the bride must:

     • Attend the Urata Designs pop-up in Dublin on 1 February 2026 and book a complimentary time slot during the wedding fair

     • Book an initial 60 min consultation within 30 days of the wedding fair

     • Pay the required design deposit (the voucher is applied after the deposit is paid)

5. Validity Period

   • The voucher is valid for 6 months from the wedding fair date.

   • The wedding date must be at least 6 months from the order confirmation date to allow sufficient design and production time.

6. One Voucher per Client

   • Only one €500 voucher may be used per bride.

   • The voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

7. Design Scope

   • The voucher applies to the base price of the dress only.

   • Additional costs — including premium fabrics, embroidery, lace upgrades, extra fittings, or rush orders — are charged separately.

8. Non-Transferable

   • The voucher is issued to the named bride and cannot be transferred to another person.

9. Cancellation Policy

   • If the order is cancelled after design approval or once production has begun, the voucher becomes void.​
